The role
As an SDR, you are essential to our sales team! Part of your role will be researching and qualifying leads as well as being the first to connect with our potential customers. Guaranteeing our customers’ success, is our number one goal. Therefore, you will take a consultative approach by trying to pinpoint a customer’s needs and communicating that to the team. We need your passion and skill to help us grow!
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development to develop and implement outbound/inbound prospect approach
- Generate high volume quality leads through various channels such as call, email, events, webinars and social media
- Conduct follow up calls and emails until meetings are set for Sales
- Keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and strategize best approach for Como
- Provide accurate forecasting to sales management
Ideal Candidate
- Knowledge of the F&B and Retail industries, and of customer engagement and loyalty solutions is a plus
- Go-getter with a clear understanding of pipeline development & management
- Experience in creating hunting strategies for new prospects and cold lead generation
- Self-motivated, organized, creative, and able to work collaboratively with other team members
- Strong verbal & written communication skills, comfortable to cold approach prospects, and can easily overcome rejection
- At least 1+ year(s) of sales experience in SAAS companies or Tech Startups
